Web developer, and drinker of beer
My name is Hugh Gallagher, I'm a 25 year old Web Developer from and currently working in Milton Keynes, England.
I took a brief detour from my life here in MK, and for a few years studied Computer Science at Teeside University in Middlesbrough. I made a bunch of friends, drank a bunch of beers, and occasionally learnt the odd computer related skill.
During my degree I took a keen interest in computer graphics and animation, but as you may have seen from my animations below, I finally determined I was not the artist I wished to be. Back in MK, I eventually got a job as a Perl developer for an e-mail marketing company, and despite not being my orginally chosen path, I am thoroughly enjoying it.
Besides being slumped in front of a PC working, I'm an reasonable snowboarder, a keen cook, an occasional reader of books, an avid gamer, and once in a blue moon like to adventure out on my mountain bike, although sadly not up mountains.
